I've been on the verge of starting more seriously with triathlon for several seasons now - I've completed some ultra-short races and finally want to take my tri "ambitions" up some levels.

Lactate Test
Starting the new year, I decided to take a lactate test to verify my training zones and figure out, how good (or bad) my shape actually was...
As you can see: not too bad, but lots of room for improvement, esp. between 130 & 160 watts... so, more training in zones 2+3
The test overal was quite OK and took less than 90 mms - at IQ athletics where I did the test, I actually brought my own bike frame, which was pretty cool.
